Courtney Jones

Courtney Jones is a Trainer in the National SafeCare Training and Research Center (NSTRC), which is housed in the Center for Healthy Development in the School of Public Health at Georgia State University (GSU), where she conducts trainings and provides on-going consultation and support to sites implementing SafeCare, and contributes to the revision of SafeCare curriculum and training protocols.

Prior to joining the staff at GSU, Courtney studied the impact of non-governmental organizations on the lives of street and working children in Jamaica and Brazil as a Thomas J. Watson Fellow. She also served as the Data Management research assistant on the Accountable Communities: Healthy Together, a community-based participatory research planning grant funded by the National Center for Minority Health and Health Disparities.
